Shipping policy

  • All orders are postage via Australia Post or Sendle.
  • Postage costs and estimated delivery times will be worked out upon checkout
  • All orders are packed with care to minimise damage during transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please email us at mojo.moon.au@gmail.com to arrange return or refund.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 3 days of payment being received however, at times there may be a delay. Please check emails for shipping confirmation. If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 5 days, please contact us.
